Consultation

Knowledge is power, and getting a complete picture of your financial situation is a critical first step in the debt relief process. You wouldn’t want to make an ill-informed decision that later had unintended consequences. We need to learn from you all about your assets, liabilities and income. When you schedule your free consultation we will ask that, prior to our conference, you send us as much of the following documents as possible:

  • Evidence of your debts such as bills, collection letters, lawsuits or judgments.

  • Pay stubs or a payroll history for the previous six months. The law requires us to review your income for the six full months prior to filing. The paystubs or payroll history must show deductions for taxes, insurance and benefits. Even if your spouse has no debts, or does not intend to file with you, the law requires us to review the income of both spouses and household expenses.

  • Bank statements from all checking and savings accounts for the previous six months.

  • Income tax returns for the two years prior to filing.

Please click on the “Consultation Request” button below, provide some brief information and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can to schedule your free consultation.

We look forward to seeing you!

If we ask you to fill out the Client Intake form, you may choose one of the forms below — either fill out our online Client Intake Form that submits directly to us via email or download the Client Intake Form (Word) version, which you can print and complete manually and either scan and email or fax prior to your appointment time.

“No matter how busy your staff was, they always made themselves available. If they had other pressing issues, they would set up a time to get back with me. And they always met their commitments.”
